Shipping and Handling:
- Once orders are shipped, our clients are responsible for unloading and storing all materials properly.
- To avoid redelivery charges, you must be available to receive and unload your order.
- Damages can occur during shipping. If this is the case, you must report all damages to the freight company within 72 hours. If the package is not marked as damaged upon delivery, it is the client’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the carrier.
Payment Terms:
- We ask for a 50% deposit on all job orders over $50,000, and we collect the remaining amount prior to shipping; payment in full is required upon order for all orders under $50,000.
- We are happy to accept major credit cards but charge a 2% service fee on all orders paid with credit cards.
- Orders will not be released to manufacturing until the order is signed and the deposit is received.
- Once the order is in production, custom products cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled. Custom orders are nonrefundable.
